With a high performance Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain rigourously selected PASHA INSTANT guarantees tolerance and security for all baked goods.

PASHA INSTANT DRY YEAST IS AVAILABLE IN 2 TYPES:

  • PASHA INSTANT RED for unsweetened Boughs ( 0% to 8% max. sugar on flour weight )
  • PASHA INSTANT GOLD for sweet Boughs ( with min. 8% sugar on flour weight)

The fermentation power of PASHA INSTANT dry yeast is identical that of the fresh yeast, but it weights 3 - 4 times less.

It means a uses of 1 kg PASHA INSTANT dry yeast instead of a uses of 3 kg fresh yeast.

RECOMMENDATIONS

PASHA INSTANT dry yeast is a product simple to use, it may be mixed:

  • Directly with the flour before adding water
  • Directly with the dough 1 minute after the kneading has begun.
  • Never put PASHA INSTANT dry yeast in direct contact with ice or iced water.
  • Be sure to adjust the amount of water when substituting PASHA INSTANT to fresh yeast, example instead of 3 kg fresh yeast use 1 kg of PASHA INSTANT yeast plus 2 litres of water
  • Use 1 - 2 kg of PASHA INSTANT yeast for 100 kg of flour

 

 

PACKING

  • 500 gr vacuum packet, 20 packets in a carton box of 10 kg net. ( 10,5 kg gross weight)

STORAGE

  • PASHA INSTANT dry yeast features all the advantages of a dehydrated product: long shelf life (more than 2 years), easy storage and stability The product is vacuum - packed, but once a packet is opened it must be used within 24 hours or closed tightly and stored in the refrigerator.
